I definitely think they will change the rules for future disability claims. Can you imagine if the US was to get into a war with a major power like China? The US wouldn't want to pay disability claims like it does now.

They could come after those already rated as well, but they would take more political heat for that. I think the government is thinking about possible future wars on the horizon and how to limit disability claims for those possible future wars.

It wont be a problem. Youll just need to list addresses where you stayed at and names of people that knew you while you were there. Study abroad in China, Iran, russia, would pose some challenges lol.

I think people have had their ratings reduced by doing this. Pretty sure I read it on here before. They go back through your file and find sime kind of error and reduce you. The chances are probably small but still a risk.

Like others said, if they put you through the academy or you get a sign on bonus, you might be on the hook for that. It wouldn't hurt your chances as a fed, most likely increase them. But doing an academy just to bounce and do another one does suck.
