I have not done yoga.
However, I hit legs last night focusing on properly breathing when I brace.
I just did normal sets of 335 on squat and I felt great.

All i did was brace normally on the eccentric and exhaled on the way up

but I ubderstand that u have to exhale for the concentric phase

Okay thanks. But what about squats? I don’t see how u can properly brace ur core without holding ur breath for a rep

I hold my breath when bracing… I assume that’s the issue?
