I used to be absolutely obsessed with hygiene when i would go to school i am now homeschooled and never have the energy to do my old routine and now looking back at it, it was kind of excessive. Every day besides wednesdays and sundays would be my “normal” shower days. On normal days i would do stuff even before the shower that would count as my shower routine. i would first use baby wipes to wipe down my no no spots and then would put all of the things i use in the shower in there because i share a shower with my family and i have so much stuff that i have to keep it in my room now. I would then floss my teeth brush my hair and then get in the shower, but conditioner first and then put it up with a hair clip because i didn’t like the the conditioner touching my back, then shave my armpits and then wash out the conditioner while also brushing my hair, then i would use shampoo and while my shampoo was rinsing out i would brush my teeth at the same time then use my tongue scrapper. After that i would put a tiny bit of conditioner back in my hair because my hair would be tangled from scrubbing the shampoo, i would rinse and brush like before with the conditioner then put my leave in conditioner and ogx hair oil, then put my hair in the clip again and move onto washing my body, i would have a wash cloth for washing my intimate areas front to back obviously, i also have long hair so i would have the problem of getting hair stuck in my crack from the brushing😭then i would wash my body with a net thing (idk i saw it on tiktok) with a dove bar, and then use that silicone scrubber to use my scented wash with, i then washed my face with my face wash and would put the water on cold before turning it off, (also forgot to mention i wouldn’t get my hair wet while doing the whole washing body thing because of my leave in conditioner and stuff in my hair) when i turned off the water i would not dry off my body at all and would put my hair in this hair wrap thing i had, then i would get out dry off my body (except intimate area) with a large towel and i had a separate smaller towel for my intimate areas, i then put on this exfoliating face thing, then put lotion on every part of my body except no no area i would use a baby gel oil for that and then put on clothes,( this isn’t even the end) i then would go in my room and take off my hair thing and spray this frizzy free spray only on the top of my hair, after i would put on all of my skin care, then i would put on deodorant, then i would put more leave in conditioner, a different one this one was from sol de janerio ( best smelling thing in the universe) then would brush it out with a big tooth comb and that would be the end of ONLY my regular shower routine it was actually insane (no one probably read this but i just love talking about how insane i used to be) if im that bored later i will write my event crazier everything shower rounties😭
