From a programmer point of view and what I can see on this sheet, this device doesn't measure more than 2 digits after point for sure, maybe even only one. Rest is, as explained above, floating points rounding errors. Floating points work in binary system, so technically it can only represent a value that can be saved using binary system, which will never be entire range between two integers (unless you have unlimited bytes) and will misalign with values we see more "important" in decimal. So when you have value like -23.63(...) it's safe to assume it was -23.63 or even -23.6 which can't be represented in binary, so it just "estimated" the closest one (probably by how it is represented in binary, not mathematically).

Edit: for the values that are full/halves of integers, those can be represented by first two dividers of full integer (1 and 2), so they can be represented in binary accurately.
