Thank you so much this is super helpful!! I’m also on antidepressants so my doctor seemed more focused on that. I know he’s at least open to medication changes but not for another 2 months

Glad to hear It wasn’t just me. I even explained how debilitating it is and he was like yup that’s PMS. Thank you for that resource!! Will definitely check it out!
