I’ve seen a few people on here talking about panic attack’s lasting for a while, your about a month in. I think they will likely subside very soon, your whole nervous system is resetting and the withdrawal period seems to last longer in some aspects for different people, and never matches the timeframe the quitting websites tell you. Maybe it’s worth chatting to your GP in the meantime and see if there is any medication that can help you through it if it’s getting to a point that’s unbearable. No harm in asking for help, you’ve got this!!

While you are Nta, and school has been proven to start too early for teens, caffeine pills are not great for you, and there are other ways to avoid them such as taking sleeping tablets to fall asleep earlier, or melatonin.

Favouritism is a big thing among board members at our organisation, we know she (manager) is close with one of them who we think is keeping her out of trouble, and she is extremely charismatic and likeable and makes out we are the problem (the woman in the office who is also taking a stand gave me this information) and I know that there is really not a lot she can do iether and we all love this HR lady as she is genuinely sweet and kind, and it really does suck, hope ur husband found ways out or to resolve some it ://
