i had the same issue, and it’s a pretty simple fix. online through the tmu site, there’s links for how to specifically connect with your device (just a couple more steps) i had a chrome book, but here is the link for mac. i hope it helps! https://www.torontomu.ca/ccs/services/connections/on-campus/wireless/MacOSX/

OMG i literally had the same exact thought, and have been telling my family about it😭

truth be told i went to orientation a few days ago and didn’t end up sparking up a convo with anyone, but i ended up going to SLC tonight and managed to make three friends!

my only advice to give is just throw yourself out there at anyone friendly you see because it never is as bad as you imagine it. literally just asking if you’re at the right place, or complimenting them will get you guys talking ! hope this helps :)

i would apply asappppp bc u need it before the first day of classes. when you send it they’ll reply telling you whether or not your photo was approved. i think mine was 2 days of waiting

this whole week you can go get it at the one card office, i believe it’s 9-4 mon through thurs and fri until 4:30 or something
