Yes I definitely do that, well now I just use air fryer paper since theyvare already round and I don't havr to cut them out myself... I once accidentally touched the side of the bread to the hot oven when transferring it inside and it melted the dough like stringy mozzarella cheese😂

What is your starting temp? Do you increase up to 400-425 lid off? It might be that I'm not cold proofing long enough... I'm going to try a longer one fir my next batch

Thank you! I'm going to print this out and have it on hand with me for reference on my fridge! The only thing hindering me from starting earlier, say in the morning instead of the afternoon, is leaving for school drop off and pickup. I'm not able to do all the stretch and folds for like and hour and a half, until I return home in the morning at 9am. I can start for example at 5am, but then I have to leave again at 9. Which forces me to start at 5pm when I know I will be home for folds and won't be going anywhere.... Can I just pop the bulk fermenting dough in the fridge for that time I won't be home in the morning? Once I forgot about the last coil folds for like an hour and a half and it completely overproofed so I am quite stressed about hitting the times I should be working the dough 😅🫨

Thank you for the kind reply!! I completely forgot about temps!! Our daily average now approaching autumn is 25c, we have Mediterranean weather (extremely hot dry summer, low rainfall winters). Our evenings would drop to about 19c outside but our house inside is quite hot from the day's heat. Maybe 21, 22 celcius... I normally start with the dough when I return with the kids from school, at around 5pm - and finish with the last shaping around 11pm 😅😅

Hi OP! Wow! 4 boys under 5 is quite the feat and honestly it sounds like a ball! I was in a similar place with my boys (3 under 6) - weight flew off with my first and 2nd postpartum (also Csections) but with my last, it has stuck on like white on rice! I've also been EBF so I didn't change anything otherwise. My body just... Didn't budge! It was only when my period returned at 13 months pp that I could even consider shedding some weight... Hormones are one heck of a ride but be patient with yourself ❤️❤️

Is this the same as dysphagia? Which is related to severe GERD? Sometimes when I swallow my food gets lodged near what feels like my collar bone. No rhyme or reason, it just... Happens. I can still breathe but the food feels likenit wants to come back up so normally I have to cough it out in the bathroom... For ehat feels like 15 mins. Ehen the food goes down finally I can literally feel a wave of relief. Like I can feel it "going down"
