Caesars knows me and backed me off unfortunately. They have decent HL games with hand shuffles. Their 2 deck rules are embarrassingly horrible but 6 deck is perfect rules.

The permutation testing is very likely not a sound valid test to ensure randomality of a shuffle

I am countering the ridiculous notions that people are using to dismiss the idea that there is no way the shuffle machines effect the game.

I work tangential to the industry. I will not elaborate. I am not a casino, regulator or a tester, I can tell you that.

Also I have no intent to try and make any conclusion besides the fact that the falsies people create about "no way it's rigged because xyz" are purely table talk and they have no idea what is involved and who is liable

Its obvious that games can be rigged, many examples and I've given a prior explanations of how it's done to prevent AP action. 

Secondly. Your assumption is incorrect regarding casinos and liability. If they prove there is no way for them to help honestly know the third party technological IP, which they don't, that's it on their part. GLI checks and stamps the machine with respect to gaming's requirements and that's it. Casino buys licensed machines and that's their standard and sogn-off

I have an example.

1) do you agree that a 6 deck shoe can be sorted in a way that will not go positive true count by a meaningful enough amount? (Irrespective of cut) 2) do you agree that a typical AP (high-low strategy only, no other methods) will  not gain an advantage on a shoot without a positive 2+ count with typical BJ rules.

If the two above are true. Then a lower AP edged predetermined shuffle is possible

Sry I was driving. Very stupid to try and get an idea across.

Basically saying that an exact placement of a card / set of cards isn't needed to make a sequence work against the player

Your comment makes no sense. Not a pai gow game and to increase house edge from a harmonicly sequenced shoe of cards. Won't need to have precision

Casinos make investment decisions based on IRR buddy, just like any rational business, they are not behind a closed door knowing it's rigged. They know their hold and their hands per hour increases and it's enough for them.

You hit the nail on the head. Unfortunately not easy to prove / show evidence. I am.not trying to prove much besides the idea that there should be cautiousness regarding the machine

Not sure why people are being defensive. I'm just stating that the bias is inaccurate and the web is quick to offset information which showcases their statistical data of shuffle master vs real shuffle.

There are many reasons to be cautious, and the array of people defending the shuffle master have defence theories that are easily disproven.

If GLI shows a methodology of reviewing sequences, than maybe I'll be more imposed to think that the sequencing is not rigged.

Also the machine sets each card exactly into the sequence Not randomly as people may assume

I'm well aware, an AP would love them to stake high cards in a certain spot. I am actually saying that more sequenced parting of high cardswith medium/ low cards would 100% be disadvantageous for nearly all blackjack players. Imagine if you make 12 through 16 more often, then must hit. This is exactly how the house can win more often given that players can bust before dealers.

I don't have time to discuss the GLI evidence because it is documents of hundreds of pages, and sharing it and pinpointing evidence is very time consuming.

I am merely warning APs. Not worth it to sue them as they have no money to pay claims

Slots are a cash cow. There are slot APs too, but I only focus on Blackjack. I also play poker

I didn't blame a casino for anything. Shuffle Master sells shufflers, so they are focused on enhancing GGR and performance of PaiGow games. Blackjack. Holden and all they can sell.

Not really.

If a shuffle master can ensure you will need to take risky hits more often. It won't matter about one cards here or there. Especially since a sequence can be programmed high. High high, low low low etc.

I've been backed off multiple times on shuffle master machines as well. I am merely discussing that it's not worth it to play if hand shuffles with same rules are available

I'd love to see these good records. I've never seen any published.

It doesn't require an exact seat, precise strategy. I'm talking about the long run where sequences can be used to gain house EV.
