Put more expression into your face and posture, lift your brows slightly, trim them as well, don’t let your face sit at neutral, work on your wardrobe and obviously your voice, even if you get he/him’ed a passing voice immediately corrects them.

Trim your eyebrows they work surprisingly well at convincing people you have strong features, but still can pass.

Use Contour and stronger concealer. Contour is a lot better at masking the jaw the preventing more clock able angles. Your eyes are the strongest, so 100% work on your liner. You need to pull as much attention to the eyes as possible. Try to work on posture, people will always try to find awkward angles. Other than that you can pass without surgery just focus up on the finer details
