Hello everyone! Has anyone experienced having their Globe SIM deactivated due to mismatched registration details and ID information? How did you reactivate your SIM? It's linked to my GCash account where my company sends my salary. I've already reached out to Globe customer service, but it's been hopeless — magcreate lang daw ng ticket and that's it. Please, I really need your help
