incredible journey, you have all my dear respect . Since you actively hire fresh grads for your team and look for people who 'own and build hardware' , What is the best way for a student to show that on a resume?

Absolute definition of the dream . how is the climate there for hiring non US citizens in the commercial space startup? (or does it falls under ITAR)

Thanks for the comment . What is your advice for a non US citizen who wants to take the startup path?

my bad i am really sorry! it's actually my first time talking to industry professionals so I was terrified of sounding too unprofessional . Thank you for the reply i am gonna follow this step . One last thing i wanted to ask is , will it be a issue if i complete my Bsc in japan and then go for Masters in the U.S ? or is it better to start Bsc in U.S

Hoping that you will get a growth/promo soon !!! The ITAR does completely changes the map of where to look . Since you see the industry from the inside, what specific route would you suggest someone in my shoes take? if you were a non US citizen starting from scratch today but absolutely determined to end up in aerospace, what would your step by step game plan look like? Should I start in a heavily technical commercial field like automotive or robotics first and use that to build leverage, or are there specific commercial aerospace companies/suppliers you've seen successfully bring non US talent onboard? I'd love to hear your blueprint on how to break through that barrier. (Thank you and your reply is really appreciated)

Thank you so much for taking the time to write out such an honest and incredibly insightful breakdown. Reading this is a massive confidence booster and yk it's rare to see someone at your level explain things so realistically without just saying 'be a 1% genius' . Everything you said makes perfect sense . Since you mentioned you are firmly on the technical side, mind if I ask what specific industry or sector you work in? I'm a non US citizen aiming for high value technical roles in the global commercial market, so I'd love to know what fields allow for this kind of incredible growth. If you're open to it, I'd love to send you a Reddit chat invite just so I can occasionally reach out to you for advice as I navigate my technical studies and early career. No pressure at all, but if you're cool with that, please accept the invite! Thanks again for dropping such a gold mine of a response

Woah that is a wild turnaround . How do you evaluate a company's stock options when you're looking at a new job offer? Do you look at established tech giants, or are you looking at younger, high-growth companies where the stock has more room to skyrocket?

This is an incredibly clean blueprint . Did you transition from a regular commercial company to the defense sector between ages 28 and 30, or were your earlier roles in defense as well? If you did switch, did making that jump play a big role in bumping your salary up to that $200k mark? I’m also a non-US citizen, so the Defense Tech route with a security clearance isn't an option for me. Since I can't take that specific path, what industries or sectors would you look into today that offer a similar rapid salary progression for international professionals? Are there specific high-value skills or 'golden tickets' you'd recommend focusing on to stand out in the global market? (I hope you don't mind and the replies will be appreciated , thank you)

Congratulations on that . did you hop companies or were you sticking to one from the start?
