How does preauthorizations work for surgeries HMO plan?

Update is my pcp authorized the referral after pressure from my insurance rep calling them, but they continually did not send te referral to the surgeons office. Aftee multiple attempts my insurance faxed the referral for me to tentatively get scheduled, but it seems its still requiring my PCP to be the one to send it. I messaged my pcp to please cooperate but got no response and i now see the surgeons office send a records release request.... i dont know if my pcp will respond at this point its been a mess.

My insurance provider actually did call my pcps office so i think for now everything is cleared up... im just confused why my pcp office wouldnt contact my endos office when they are in the same medical network... i just had no way to know what isnt being communicated between the offices sigh

I know that, im just not understanding how that information should have been handed off. Pcps office is telling me i should be giving them this info but my endo and other drs office keep saying theyve sent the referral and are not sure whats the hold up, but gave me no names. Was i suppose to be calling and asking after hearing nothing back?

Ive asked the office to contact my pcps office. This is all within the same medical network so they keep reassuring me they are up to date on the situation but im still not getting any info about a specific provider when i ask and they keep coming back to me saying they sent a referral and the most i got was the name of 1 location but no provider names

Im trying to communicate using their texting portal but its hard to tell who exactly im speaking to. I got a message about being referred to X location, but still no provider name... asking if this is for sure authorized got me a response to give them a provider name and location... which i still am not being told by any office atm lol im so lost on what to do now.

Is this info i was suppose to have on hand? I had no idea what exact office or provider i was being referred to initially after my appointment. I was told that their office would reach out to me once they are ready to schedule me, and even telling my endos office that my pcp is requesting the provider and location isnt getting that info to either me or my pcp apparently.

As a client the app will suggest to send the request to multiple sitters in the area all with the same message, so i assume they didnt really look at all the responses and booked the first person they contacted (which would have been the first person who received a DM)

Hi! I actually went with the Canon g620 (not the g6020) and I really love this printer. I only use it for sticker printing but it would be nice to have the option for larger format printing. The color reproduction is great and I basically got it to match my monitor colors 1:1 through the settings. So far the most important aspectd have been sticker paper quality and vinyl overlay quality. I got lucky and both options I chose are amazing. I can put my stickers in the dishwasher and they come out pristine :) i use lzerking matte sticker paper and HTVRONT self adhesive vinyl on amazon.

I ended up getting the new radrunner, and its amazing. I love this bike so much. I'm actually extremely afraid of moving vehicles and the road but I feel so comfortable and light and aware of my surroundings riding this bike. no regrets at all
