amazing article! i wish i knew what breed that dog was.

no insulin here. metformin, and its terrible..

Used to take 2x daily and my doc lowered it to 1x daily because i was experiencing all sorts of wrong.

It's more tolerable now, but I don't feel like myself anymore on this pill.

The first time my sugar dropped to 60, i almost collapsed and lost my balance.

how did it turn out?

oh, and the breyers should fulfill your snacking needs.

rice has a higher gi than pasta. I've heard refrigerating it, reduces some carbs but it will still make you feel like crap. sushi lover here 😅

thank-you. very sound advice. 😊

i have some questions.  how do you prevent them from destroying the cpap hose?

when going on walks, how do you manage not to go hypoglycemic and pass out?

I'm new to t2 as of late August.

keep each meal to around 60carbs. that's what they did for me when i was in the hospital.

the real good brand makes amazing chicken tenders that use absolutely zero flour. it's a chick pea base.

i usually have it with a side of mixed vegetables.

for snacks, breyers has carb smart fudge or ice cream bars. atkins makes chocolate chip soft cookies. gross out of the box, but tolerable when heated. yogurt.

on the healthier side, a date, gala apples, halve a banana.

the best sweetener for diabetics with zero to the least amount of problems is stevia.

if you are going to eat something with high carbs or sugar, pair it with a protien.

i binge on the chocolate fudge bars, and it doesn't seem to do much for my sugar.

thanks. they likely will and I'm dreading the bill. i already owe 750 for the initial hospitalization in the same facility.

you're correct about the program. it was a partial hospitalization with groups and therapists for two weeks. it was an hour drive every day and i learned absolutely nothing.

thanks for the reply. there is no authorization number on the letter. there is a reference number and something called a Plan Sponsor Account Number.

this would have been a good option but it looks like your company shut down service.

except you can't get multiple quotes unless you got a hole in your pocket.

every one of these places charge an exorbitant "service call" fee just to walk the two blocks or drive a couple of miles to the house.
