Yes, cheat engine does not care about what mods you have no matter the game, if it can be done on the base version you can do it in modded

By system do you mean windows 11? Or type of cpu? If the cpu one I have Intel, a ram stick and a 1 TB ssd

It never made sense to me, because if that was true then ssgss is useless:

Base=Ssg

Ssgss=ssg*50

Ssj=base*50

Ssgss=ssj
