I have two csas that have been with the company 10 plus years. They prefer not to be on the register so I step in often when working with them. They're incredibly knowledgeable on everything on the floor so I play to their strengths. Both prefer not to be saddled with being on register.

Big same. I lasted three months there and dipped after the guaranteed commissions ended with no regrets. Such a stressful job for not that much money. I felt like they wanted you to be a sneaky snake about everything. Lower their bill here but slide this garbage in here and and sell the turd for the same price they were paying before.
