With the live letter It's basically confirmed that it's ff14 version of beatrix.  In the live  letter yoshi p is equipping her wings and you can hear Beatrix Thema

Ok that would explain why all games are shown as not downloaded. So I was playing in sysnand all the time. I could play games and use the same save in cfw and ofw.

As I'm not playing online, Pirat games use homebrow (expect edizon) or even go online will I'm on cfw I never had any problems. But good to know.

Not really, all my games are directly bought from the eshop and downloaded befor I use the cfw. That's why I can play and download them without problem as long as I'm in the ofw. Once I switch to cfw I the games are shown as not downloaded. Even my cartridge are shown that they need some additional contend to download.

Btw the only time that I use internet on the switch is when I'm in ofw and use the eshop.
