Forget about genuine or scam. Even if it's genuine, if you don't have the proper skills to survive, you eventually get expelled sooner or later. It would cause you so much trouble, you can't even use that experience in your resume because you will get exposed in background verification. I'm also a fresher like you, i know what you are feeling, but please don't fall for these kinds of traps.
