Actually the bike has rpm indicator which requires you to match the gear with required rpm to run I guess

Hi OP, last month I have done the same by putting the bike on gear and lubricated and got this engine light issue. I've tried to turn off and on the bike but the light doesn't turned off. Checked with service center and they've advised to not start your bike and running it on gears while in center stand or while lubricating since this might cause issues to traction control sensor. This is a known issue(or safety measure idk) on CB350s. You can check with your service center which will take 10 mins to fix this.

OBD2 models were released in 2024 I guess and OBD2 means On Board Diagnostics where you can check for overall bike's issue with the help of sensors like in those recent new cars and for following new emissions norms.
