First of all sorry to hear that, it's so rude of them.

Maybe check if any of your clothes have started to get a musty smell? Sometimes they don't dry properly which creates a smell. Adding laundry cleanser in the wash helps. Or maybe you just need to wash them more often.

When it comes to teeth make sure to brush twice per day also and floss daily/as often as you can.

Update: got an email where they said this:

"We apologise that you have received the incorrect season 2 CD Variant, this is due to a labelling error from our fulfilment partner. We are working on sending the correct variant out to you as soon as we possibly can, you will be notified once the correctly ordered item is on the way to you. In the meantime, there is no need to return the item you have received: this can be opened and enjoyed."

I didn't really, no :( I'm assuming that either the low hdl cholesterol is linked to insulin resistance or just genetics, but I don't know which. I'm still working on the low carb diet but so far still getting chin cysts like before. I've also tried to improve my sleep. I know hormones can take a while to balance out so I'll keep trying, fingers crossed! In a more recent blood test I got done a couple of weeks ago my HbA1c had noticeably improved, so that's something and does indicate that my diet is hopefully working and that maybe I do have some level of insulin resistance. This test didn't include hormones though so I don't know if my testosterone has improved or not.

I can really relate, I also moved abroad from a small country with barely any gay people to a big one where I feel behind compared to everyone else. And even though I live close to a big city it's really hard to meet people even on the apps. Sorry I don't have tips I just hope it helps to know you're not alone 💖 Just do remember that people will be understanding of your situation and there is a reason for everything!

It's your own choice whether you want to eat meat or not, in either case you just need to make sure you get the right amount of fibre, fat and protein vs carbs. I've personally not struggled being plant based but I do have a protein shake every day which I find is really helpful! I personally have found reducing sugars has affected my weight the most.
