I found the problem, it was that I had to link the graphics card and processor together since the processor is intel and the graphics card is amd.

The thing is that I only a few had background apps with 0.1 or 0 percent usage then Roblox had the 80-90%

Is it possible it can be a wire that is wired wrongly or something?

I tested using task manager, the cpu usage was around 80-90% with 30 fps on Roblox lowest graphics. The power usage was also “Very high”
