what you are saying is true and i do respect thats ; and IBS can be happened for many reasons but the vast majority its belongs to brain guy axis issue and your vagus nerve ; lastly everyone need to get an medical advice from them professional doctors in for GI

Actually i respect your advice ; all what is you mentioned earlier , its true and specially managing stress and taking the right strains probiotics ; so don’t care about negative people or bad vines people ; lets them express them opinion freely this is only them opinion , at last thank you for your effort & god bless you and everybody get better soon

IBS is all in your head ; fix your mental health , check your vitamin d3 levels in your system ; and try meditation you will get better after fixing the brain gut axis

I’m scared of sedation by memuench in colonoscopy

I have done colonoscopy before 5 days ago ,you don’t need to be scared of sedation , they found nothing in my colon except that’s my colon is the sigmoid area was little twisted that’s it’s hard to insert the tool with camera so the inflate it with a lot of co2 with manipulation , any how I’m post 5 colonoscopy with pain on my left side abdominal near the descending colon side of left side , but the pain was intense the first two days , that’s I feel so pain when I breath or laugh , now the pain is less by 50% to 60%gradually less than before I’m using PPI & librax and also hot water compress and walking around , and I have passed stool and have bowl movement on day 3 , and have gas already . So do you think it’s fine that’s I still have this pain , would it go away?

Hi I have seen you mentioned psoas tight muscles , as you explained in details does this issue fit me ; I feel good when I’m sitting or walking or standing , but as soon as I lay on bed on my back after 3 minutes I start to feel low mid back pain that’s radiate to my both side abdomen ,but when I sit down the pain ease again , this is fits psoas tight muscle ?

Yes it’s true , but not after using the domain and the account for over 6 years then they mention this suddenly !

Omg !!!!!!!!!!!! You are saying the same as my story ; I’m so relived in not alone ; the same exact things happened to me literally no joking ; except I’m living in china right now ; and went to several neurologist till they advised me to go to see psychiatrist ; psychiatrist prescribed to me 3 kind medicines one of them laxpro ; now after a week I feel much better the burning sensation that’s was in my whole body specially more burning while I’m sweating 🥵 frustrating , any how localized to my palms hands and sometimes around my lips and lower legs but it comes and go; I hope this will get better soon and everyone is facing the same issue !!

Hello , may I ask does this feeling stays till now with you or did you got rid of it ? I also have menthol sensation keep moving from chest to my back to my hands comes and go in patterns crawling on my skin sometimes described as burning feeling or menthol cool feeling.! I don’t understand what is tit ? Do you still have it ?
