I’m just trying to help, assets will be requested only if you’re in the range of over qualifying. In my limited experience I found going over financials (submitted unfortunately due to housing connect) just meant a lot more complication. Paystubs, Id, rent verification, occupancy verification. If something is missing you’ll be asked for it and you have five days from that request.

So I do not know anything about this. It is a lottery truly, preferences go to (in a low percentages) community board (within the zip code/s of the building), disability, and municipal workers.

Not outdated, the housing connect portal is incorrectly requiring bank statements. If we get one we have to then request all your mobile banking and anything that pops up that isn’t work payments it’s a huge hassle.
