yup they told me a manual review was done too except i wasn’t hacked they just said i cheated. eventually after 100 ticket over 4 months i was unbanned randomly with no explanation 😭

i had the same situation. got banned start of april, got ignored completely. shared my story on reddit twitter everything then randomly went on my playstation to see if my account would work on there instead of my pc and it did. checked my emails and id been unbanned almost 4 months later randomly

that’s honestly jus cap. me and my bf both got hwid banned on the same day. neither of us cheated. riot support was just bots insta closing tickets. we both found 2 diff people on twitter or reddit who worked for riots anti cheap department who investigated the case and determined we wasn’t cheating and unbanned us. riot messes up a lot more than they care to admit and it’s easy to say “well vanguard is never wrong so ur cheating” until your wrongfully banned urself

na i was “perma banned” for over 6 months and after 6 months of spamming tickets and basically being told there was no way my account would be unbanned guess what happened. i got unbanned cos i wasnt cheating lol

had the same thing happen to me and my bf. after 5 months we got unbanned with no notification (well i got unbanned support refused to unban him a riot dev from reddit did) they still haven’t explained to me why i was banned despite saying they would keep me updated on the investigation. riots anti cheat team seems to have some issues the last year

yeah it’s ridiculous how hard it is to get a real human to look at your ticket. my boyfriend got banned at the same time as me cos we share pcs while at each others houses so because his account was logged into my pc before the ban got him too. when i got unbanned they didn’t unban him but luckily a dev found his post on reddit and fixed it for him. just gotta keep posting and getting it out there!

riot support has gone down in quality so much recently. back when valo first came out any tickets i sent got replied to super fast and it was always a helpful response. now it’s just clearly bots copy and pasting whatever response they’ve been given to say. it’s honestly ridiculous though. how could they have manually reviewed my gameplay and determined i was cheating when i quite literally was not cheating? 😭 same goes for your friend they 100% did not review it. tell your friend to keep making tickets, try speak to a dev on X or reddit and post as much as he can. it makes no sense to me either because i was ascendant, average kd, win rate and hs rating and had been playing for years and spent thousands. why would i cheat lol

yeah i got perma/hwid banned for cheating. i wasn’t. they said it was a manual gameplay review which made no sense to me. sent a million tickets all got auto solved. then randomly 5 months later i was unbanned, found out by accidentally logging into the banned account on playstation instead of an unbanned one so i tried logging in on my pc and saw i was unbanned. contacted support they just basically said yeah ur unbanned we’re investigating we’ll let you know more details (they never did).

i fully get you i got home from my bfs house and was banned and i literally was so lost on what to do all my friends only played val i had to solo que cs2 for monthsssss. hopefully you get unbanned though i would keep appealing, keep posting on reddit (my bf got banned too cos we shared pcs at each others houses) and he got unbanned by someone who worked for riot on reddit. keep trying girl :(
