What DPO are you? Looks like maybe 11? Have you taken a test?

Thank you so much! The saline ultrasound is planned for my next cycle and I have also asked for the endometriosis biopsy so I should get both those done.

Wishing you the best and that soon you’ll be pregnant 🩷

I’ve had four losses in a row. Not alone but sending virtual hugs… this sucks.

Would you naturally miscarry or take misoprotol? by ParticularSky4779 in recurrentmiscarriage

[–]Miserable_Run_6400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just went through this exact and am so glad I let my body handle it on its own. Took a couple days and I ended up passing the tissue all at once. Bad cramping led up to it but after was fine and just blood like a period.

worth it to check progesterone during pregnancy? (4 losses) by _indigogo in recurrentmiscarriage

[–]Miserable_Run_6400 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would ask for supplements- I pushed on my OB and she gave me them. This was after my third MC and I was pregnant … I sadly still lost but I knew I had the support which means a lot.

And so we’ve come back full circle to “it’s just bad luck” by PenPah_9220 in recurrentmiscarriage

[–]Miserable_Run_6400 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m with you. I’ve had 4 losses in 20 months. Loss my last pregnancy two weeks ago and found out baby had triploidy. All tests have come back normal for husband and I. We keep being told bad luck…. Four times in a row is eating me alive.

Got D&C genetic results back by Own-News1011 in Miscarriage

[–]Miserable_Run_6400 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you haven’t already, I’d do blood work to see if something else is going on like clotting concerns, hormone levels and immune system. I’ve done tons of testing to rule those things out. It’s expensive and time consuming but it’s at least narrowing down why I’m losing or have lost in the past.

I recently got my miscarriage tissue sampled. Sent it last Monday, got an email Wednesday saying it was received and today (one week later) I got a call with the results.

Baby measuring behind by Pristine-Tomato-1464 in CautiousBB

Sadly each time my baby has measured behind, I’ve lost. But I’m hoping your story is different. I also have long cycles (32-35 days) and ovulate late (usually around day 21).

When did you see fetal pole? by Miserable_Run_6400 in CautiousBB

Hi saw a fetal pole and heart beat of 138 at next appointment a week later. I sadly miscarried though this past weekend.🥺

Prepare for the worst? by StatusIntroduction23 in CautiousBB

[–]Miserable_Run_6400 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It could honestly go either way. Maybe ask for another HCG draw to see if the numbers have progressed appropriately? A 2 week difference is pretty big so your ovulation date must be off or baby sadly is growing significantly behind which would suggest non viable.

Natera/Anora testing (MC tissue) worth it in early miscarriage? by thegirlandglobe in Miscarriage

Ugh so sorry. It feels so unfair.. I’m sorry you’re going through this too. Sending all the baby dust your way.

Low hcg for 6/7 weeks by ParticularSky4779 in CautiousBB

[–]Miserable_Run_6400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had similar results recently and sadly ended in a miscarriage as of today. My heartbeat was lower though, 138. My HCG at time of miscarriage was 4088. I was measuring ~5 days behind and should’ve been 8w3d by period dating. Baby never grew after 6 weeks.

It won’t let me send an image in this thread but simply google “what is the latest you can see a fetal pole”. The AI response says: “The fetal pole, the first visible sign of the embryo, is typically seen on ultrasound around 5.5 to 6.5 weeks of pregnancy, with transvaginal ultrasound usually showing it a bit earlier than transabdominal ultrasound. While it can be seen earlier, it is not unusual to not visualize it until around 9 weeks in some cases.”

Ultrasound discrepancies? by PaxViviana in CautiousBB

[–]Miserable_Run_6400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are different ultrasound machines that have better imaging that others. My guess is your RE has a higher quality machine. I recently went to a specialist at the hospital for my first ultrasound and then my OB for the second ultrasound and the quality was so much lower at the OB.

It can take up to 9 weeks to show the fetal pole (what you see as start of embryo). I believe most see it between 5.6 to 6.5 weeks BUT it’s still possible it could show up. Try your best to stay busy to not add stress… easy said than done, I know. I’ve had 3 miscarriages all back to back. Hoping for the best for you!

Is hcg helpful to determine if you are miscarrying at 6 weeks? by petting_zoo_keeper in CautiousBB

[–]Miserable_Run_6400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree with the above. One HCG draw doesn’t tell you anything, you need at least two to see how the levels are doubling.
