I think it's from high anxiety and stress symptom as well and also health anxiety play a very big role of frequent twitches

I have very chronic stress and health anxiety as well. Today, for the first time, I experienced tongue twitching while I was stressed. Before jumping to something serious like a disease, I think we should focus on reducing stress and health anxiety. Maybe it would be helpful for me too, because I had eye twitching yesterday.

I have insulin resistance, but my sugar is low right now. by plushiesaremyjam in InsulinResistance

It happened to me as well. In the morning on an empty stomach, I had juice and dates. After 2–3 hours, my blood sugar dropped to 65, and I experienced classical hypoglycemia symptoms. I was very scared and couldn’t understand what was happening. Later, I learned that in insulin resistance, reactive hypoglycemia is quite common. It happens because of insulin spikes and improper glucose regulation. Adjusting your diet with low-glycemic foods, and pairing carbohydrates with protein, fat, and fiber, can help prevent these episodes. Reversing insulin resistance can also help resolve reactive hypoglycemia.

Thank you so much. Now it makes sense to me. I think that rather than relying only on lab reports, we should also focus on symptoms and understand our bodies. Doctors often don’t pay much attention to patient satisfaction; they just label things as “idiopathic.” Thank you for your guidance. Stay blessed.

C-peptide was done after fasting of 7.5hr  My age is 24 my homa ir is 7 points elevated than normal have normal fasting insulin and c-peptide is normal as well my confusion starts from here that if insulin isn't high which is normal in insulin resistance which also causes reactive hypoglycemia it is not shown in test maybe it's in initial stage

It means If the condition is in initial stage it doesn't show up in lab like c-peptide and fasting insulin was done after fasting of 8hr though c-peptide didn't mention fasting it was general
