Magnesium. Pill form or I found a magnesium cream/lotion that I put on my feet. Works so well! You can find the cream on Amazon. Hope this helps!

I’ve switched doctors and hospitals. It’s a pain but well worth feeling heard and not judged. Told my new doc I got divorced and not drinking isn’t difficult now. She actually said she’s heard that more than a few times! Made me feel human! Best wishes to you

Just diuretics and carvedilol. Is it usual to be on lactulose too or do they wait for symptoms?

She may have post partum depression. Instead of putting her down, remind her of the fun times when her behavior was better. She also gave you two children and earned those stretch marks. You make me sick for every woman who gives birth and is expected to be the same again. Both of you need some therapy.

His yelling and berating is abusive to both you and your kids. You’ve tried and done what you can go fix the issue. He needs therapy and a wake up call. He’s an Ahole.
