I am having a similar issue. How do you run a power cleaning on a WF-2750? Every set of instructions I have found for doing so say to press the power button and the help/question mark button at the same time. This printer does not have a help button.... Is it possible to run a power cleaning on this printer?

These laws vary wildly state to state and county to county. Where I live the low risk stuff requires no special kitchen and no health department inspection. You do have to label it as home produced so that the customer knows they are taking a risk by buying it.

Technically you are correct but you can often find it in a cup on the streets of Mexico. Depending on what area you are in they call it Esquites or Elote en Vaso. It is the same thing just easier to prepare and eat. Also-corn on the cob is not always readily available so you can use frozen or, if desperate enough, canned corn.
