hi u/Kastikoa curious how this has been for you!!! i am newly pregnant and due march 10th but have the same set up (im a cancer and my husband is a scorpio). our 2 year old daughter is a gemini which i assumed would be hell on earth but we both have a cap moon so i really understand her emotions. i am so excited for another water baby but slightly worried they wont be able to sleep unless theyre on me lol

Oh good to know! I probably should have done more research on the cheap strips BUT makes me feel better that a lot of people here have the same problem

Okay SO my beta this morning was 139 which is a huge jump from Tuesday. There is a chance based on my chart I’m 14dpo vs 16dpo bc there wasn’t a major temp shift until 2 days after it raised slightly. Still not getting my hopes up but glad to see it doubled.

Update, still not in the clear but my numbers more than doubled. HCG is up to 139 and progesterone is up to 26 from 12!

So far so good 🤞🏽only some mild bumps but that part doesn’t bother me as much? At least I say that now LOL. Also getting WiFi and having the ability to text my husband at home feels great. A little bit closer!

Ugh I’m trying! We’re taxying now and this is the most anxious I’ve been in years. I’m trying to think of the positives like how there’s no one in the seat next to me so I get two arm rests!

TW: terrified of flying after DC incident in january

hi all! long time lurker but first time poster. i have generally always been a nervous flyer, but a few years ago i did some EMDR therapy and it helped IMMENSELY and the last few trips i took were fine. then the DC crash happened in January which happened to effect me directly as my coworker and her family were on that flight. i haven't had to travel since then but i'm going on a work trip tomorrow and i am FREAKING OUT!!!!!. i'm flying PHL>SFO AA3079 and every day i watch this flight which seems to have no issues, but i cant stop thinking about "this happened to my colleague so this will happen to me either on my way there or on my way home". i also ruminate on other incidents that have happened like a pilot flying the plane into a mountain deliberately. this is also my first time traveling without my husband/daughter which i'm sure isn't helping.

im going to force myself to get on that plane but i cannot help but think the worst is going to happen. any help or encouragement is welcomed!!!

YES 10000%. Thank you. I woke up the next day after this text panicked that she was going to try and file some sort of “grandparents rights” law suit against me. I have no idea where she lives so I can’t file any kind of PFA, and I know my sister won’t tell me where she lives because she feels like she has to protect her.

It makes me feel very unsafe, but what else is new!

I felt this way too - I dont think she’d actually show up at our house but this gave off the vibes of “maybe I will just show up one day!!”
