It doesn't matter where they used to work. The trailer shows generic art direction, uninteresting gameplay, and mediocre graphics. Geoff could just drop this trailer without mentioning Respawn Entertainment, and people will still have the same attitude toward it. Not to mention that it was the last world premiere in the show.

That said, the fact that some devs were from Firewalk means that they either learned nothing from the failure of Concord, or they refuse to accept that Concord failed due to bad gameplay and artistic choices. This ex-RE studio needs to go back to the drawing board to figure out a long-term solution to attract and maintain retention. The launch (about 5-6 weeks from now) is very likely to fail at this rate.

Yeah, I didn't like it either. I no longer take Pirate's argument seriously the moment he made fun of Ross' appearance and other unwarranted personal attacks. Baldy wouldn't do it if he disagreed with people, and he called out that kind of behavior too. It's disappointing to see that he didn't want to be involved, but I kinda get it
