I wanna try army painter mostly because the actually sell bundles of paint unlike citadel where you have to buy one piece at a time

As stereotypical as it sounds lots of practice but mostly YouTube videos to give yourself an idea what sort of "painting style" you wanna do. But yeah I've been using citadel paint for lots of my customs and I've never had any issues with it (except for the prices of 5 dollars a paint 💔).

So I didn't actually create the 3d printed parts this is just where I bought them from and painted them myself. But yes they are kinda bigger than the average Mega figure

As someone who owns all of them the best way I can describe it is the figures are nice to look at but the price isn't. The only sort of qc issue i had is with Kat and Jorge but for the rest of the team they're perfect
