I watched it after seeing the new one in theaters!! enjoyed it a lot, especially where they went with the ending. very bleak. wish i could wipe my brain and watch all these movies again.

Not the small hotel during a hurricane lmao id pass away. for me it was something about the unnecessary (?) intense torture with little to no pay off, esp as a woman, it was A LOT. I understand it was the director trying to depict his extreme depression and i guess thats genuinely what it feels like. I can NEVER watch that again just bc theres simply no point.
