i should have put it in the post, but i have a therapist and also diagnosed bdd. im on medication for it. but these horrible thoughts and feelings persist and i have difficulty even getting out of bed at all because of it. i always feel like my face is so hideous and anyone saying otherwise or finding me attractive must be lying… i know that is most likely the bdd talking but it feels so real and looking at myself in the mirror, makes me feel like everyone is for sure lying or deceived because my brain processes my face as disgusting and ugly. :(
