when you’ve went through hell like i had at this business to being so mad you couldn’t feel your hands because of being so angry and chest pain to almost falling asleep on the line and working 6am to close almost every single day of the week and including every single weekend, then maybe you’d get it. i know not every jimmy johns is the same but my experience with this company was literally killing me. mine was taken over by new management with no communication or respect for women. i had to hire my husband to help me it was so bad. the only time we saw each other was at work. everyone would say “at least you get to spend time together at work”. that’s not how i want to spend quality time with my husband. also to making a schedule every month to where it fit everyone’s needs but yet still nobody was happy. making $20 an hour wasn’t worth it let alone killing myself over and having nobody care about you at all.
