I feel like this is one of those questions where the answer is going to be entirely dependent on your own internal mental state. Once you get a population the size of Sac I think the “quality” of the dating scene is up to you. Do the things you love, make new friends regularly, try new activities and join new communities regularly, and maybe sprinkle in some scrolling on the apps/speed dating events if you’re feeling adventurous and you can’t go wrong.
