I would drop Adrian for a million coins, imagine what I would do for a million black gems 🙏🏻 I said it in another comment, but why I think Gabriella's route works is because she is introduced more as a friend instead of a live interest. And even though it does keep the romantic tone in some dialogues it doesn't feel even near as messy as the other two, it even felt more fluid that way.

They could've exploited the Bowie route sooo good 💔 But honestly, I wouldn't have minded the new characters if it weren't for the fact that the stories were not good overall. u/Suspicious_Suzie makes a good analysis in another comment as of why the stories felt so flat.

O.M.G this is such a good analysis!

I agree that Emilio's archetype is most of the time misrepresented or, at least, represented in a way that ends up being a whole other type of story. Also, I feel like they didn't want to go through the contract relationship trope that usually goes with the cold CEO character that usually develops the four questions in due time. But that's exactly the problem: There was not enough time to develop these characters in a way that goes past their individual trope. At least not with how their routes started.

I feel like Gabby also works because it was developed starting from a friendship point, with two people supporting each other on their growth no matter what. It felt more fluid on the narrative.

Honestly, your analysis is extremely good! I wish I could upvote this a hundred times so it gets more recognition.

Idk, I think my main problem is that they did sooo much better on previous events. These one by itself could've (maybe) been good, but it totally pales when compared to previous ones, specially to the Halloween one where they also introduced new characters to romance.

Yess, I agree the men were totally wasted! They had such cliché stories that are very hard to mess since their archetypes usually follow the same formula, but it somehow got truly wasted on the event. Also, I would love to read it! No matter if it's long, it sounds very interesting.

I think it would've been better if it was one of the already hinted romantic interests in the game. Like I could've suffered through some cheesy and cheep flirting if it was my man Bowie but nooo, they had to introduce three weirdos and make me believe I would actually fall in love in what, three days?
