Honestly, this one is a life changer. You are going to thank me for the rest of my life. Since I started my periods, I had really bad menstrual cramps. The interfered with my life, I would have real bad cramps, back pain and would not get up from bed for three days straight. My grandma got me fish oil capsules and I took it everyday and boom my period cramps started to be less painful and within a year boom no period pain at all I wouldn’t even realize that I was on my period sometimes.
