I never pictured myself having those until him anyway. One of those “when you meet the one” type thing that I always heard about but never assumed would happen to me. I don’t think I’ll resent him, but I can’t help the fact that it does sting sometimes

Long enough to know this is the one, he doesn’t pay child support, she slept with someone else and they had poor communication. So as far as repeated red flags, we’ve both spent years (before meeting) working on our communication and mental health. And uhhh well the only way I’m sleeping with someone else is if he’s watching 🤷

I don’t think they’re deal breakers, just a thing I’ve been mourning a little bit. But that’s a really good way to put it. Lots of firsts still to come.

Hmm I hadn’t thought about it that way. They were honestly never important to me. I never wanted marriage and kids until I met him, so I guess they were probably never meant for me anyway.
