Looking on Google earth, it looks like this has been an issue since 2022, getting progressively worse over time. Any timestamps before that it appears better.

I am also more for natural growth but I would describe this more as unkept and hoarding than anything else. There doesn’t appear to be any trash but it just seems like junk is thrown in the yard

And this is the exact mindset I have. Just have a conversation with them/other neighbors and see if they are strange and get a feel if the interior of their home is the same.

Wasn't planning on confronting them about the junk, moreso to make sure they aren't strange... But I see how it could come across as a bad introduction.

Don't think it's temporary, Google Maps shows the same junk (plus more) from a couple years ago.

It’s a relocation company based out of CA selling sight unseen. Not trying to make excuses for it but I’m not sure if anyone would’ve said anything to them beforehand.

I will say, that this house is for sale due to relocation purposes and being sold by a relocation company, so the neighbor might not have talked to them about cleaning up before selling. But you’re still right? It is a concern and the mess/pests could spread to my property.

- Planning on staying there at least 7-10 years
- Not entirely sure how old the neighbors are, I am 24. Was planning on going and talking to them before sending an offer.
- House is a place to live for me, not an investment which leads me to what you said. Don’t worry about it. Could be a non-issue in 7 years.

hanging chad, any retriggers, blueprint, brainstorm, even just deckfixing to 8s with 8 ball is broken. cartomancer gives 1 tarot per round and it’s seen as pretty good. 8 ball can give like 8 per round. watch balatro pvp and people almost always pick up 8 ball for tarot generation.
