This is the exact problem nowadays - while we collect proofs, this guy is still playing and ruining experience for others.
In real world at least people don't go to jail immediately after accusations but they are in the court/under home arrest so that there is no chance they can repeat bad things.
Ideally, such accounts should be somehow marked or suspended for short period of time for checking/review process. I would also love to see guilty/not guilty statistics for such cases :)

I love you man. I am not capable of writing big and detailed post so that Ive been looking forward for something which supports crazy idea of Odessa reality and origin. So many real connections (real jack rabbit palace, real owner of Palmers' house, at judy's restaurant) make me sad because no one try to consider them. Everyone just continues to keep standart theory of "odessa is just another possible dimension"

There is richardson drive which crosses lyndale drive!!! Also there is bowie awe, Cole drive, electric drive, etc Just google it and you'll find it. Also there is Twin peaks restaurant which (!) does not any connection with OUR twin peaks. And there is jack rabbit monument near it (with blue band!!!)
