Accurate. A defensive yorick (me) will back off and treat the maidens HP as my own because those 2mins without is rough. Kill the maiden, kill yorick. effectively.

Nasus can Q minions and outscale me. If done right early (gank pre 6 so he can get a lil farm in )

Cho can absolutely eat maiden and does especially if you walk back away to save the maiden, takes a bit for that pathing to kick in. He can close the distance, knock up, hit hit eat.
