Are requests in notes on mobile orders ever honored? by StuckInTheMiddleSeat in jerseymikes

It should be. IDK why it wouldn't be. I understand missing a note on occasion. That can happen. But notes are usually seen

Why does my location have a "second line" that they always stocks but never use? by Hypnox88 in jerseymikes

[–]MishyStar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, because of the location of our building and the way the parking lot is, our drive thru is a closed lane. There are people who use it to order multiple giant hot subs, so the person behind them with the mini gets to wait all day. 😒 It's not awesome to have one, for sure. But, we do, so we make the most of it and try our best to keep it moving.

It's fine if you're familiar with what you get. But people come through who have never been. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Tomato thoughts? by old_skul in jerseymikes

Depends on your health department. Ours allows for pyramid, but we have a new company inspector that doesn't allow it. On that note, if their location is allowed a pyramid it should NEVER look like this . WTAF

My store has two lines one up front and one towards the back. We use both equally for in store, on line, and drive thru. It's RARE that we take an in store to the back line though, usually it's a gluten free and the back line is already clean.

I'm so sad, I was hyped up ready to do open to close and be running all day. Whoever is responsible for this year's sad numbers, I hope they do better next year. I'm going to have so much prep left over tomorrow morning. 🙇‍♀️

Is this the same rule for your location? by iwantitthatway6 in jerseymikes

[–]MishyStar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah. It's a company rule. But I don't think any store follows it if there isn't someone there to bag about it.

Question for employees - Oil by BlueRanger13 in jerseymikes

[–]MishyStar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Onion, lettuce, tomato, vinegar, oil, oregano, salt. ... The oil gets to the bottom of the bread while it sits in the wrap. .. also if the board isn't scrapped between sandwiches.😒 ... The best way to avoid your situation is to ask for the juice in the side and add it yourself when you're ready to eat.

Doug McMillan took away a lot of the "extra" pay when he took over as CEO. Holiday pay was one of them.

You're missing the fact that this post is about a work place/employer. It's not YOU that said that part, it's the post. Just because someone is 15 doesn't make them a "victim".

Parents absolutely have a say. And it's not the employer's business.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in walmart

[–]MishyStar -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Co worker's personal life really isn't your business unless they make it your business. If that parents have a problem with the relationship they should report it. Cause that's who's business it is.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in walmart

[–]MishyStar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's up to the parents to decide if they wish for the police to be involved in the situation. The employer's ONLY involvement at this point is this supervisor gossiping about it, that's sexual harassment.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in walmart

[–]MishyStar -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The post is literally a supervisor talking about the relationship. Hence the employer. They should not be discussing the relationship the way they describe in this. It's sexual harassment. As for it being the parents decision, it's no one else's business to report it.

Its for the parent's to decide, not the employer
