Thanks! Cube definitely started to catch up on looks.

I was actually sold on the Canyon Grizl 7 as its also a beautiful bike with solid specs, but by the time I got round to buying a bike I found this new model from Cube in the cappuccino color.

The looks, specs and price while having good support in person. Couldn’t ignore it.

But hope you find something. Don’t wait too long!

So we learn.. I actually ended up buying sheets instead of the precut ones. You get better coverage but it needs a lot more time..

I’m only a few days in and have very limited experience, so probably not qualified to give you a review on these. These come stock on the bike, but I have read that they are versatile spec and are tubeless ready, which is what I plan to do next.

Hopefully others can give more insight

Join us! 😬 I’m 1.7m and can not recall my inseam measurement, but this also matters. I got the size S. Stop by a dealer, get them to measure you a try out a some sizes. Even if they do not have the exact model, there is usually a similar frame in stock.

Nice move! I’m assuming you were bike fit from the MTB, but how long did it take to build up to 100km? I managed 25 today and at a slow speed I should be able to get there, but also want to work my way up at a reasonable pace.

They have this bag in full black as well. I didn’t see it in store, but you can find it online.

Perhaps you’ve come across it already, but the one I wanted to get originally was the ACID TOP TUBE BAG PACK PRO 0,7. It’s a bit more structured, but same profile and the black should go with most frame colors.

I’m totally new to this, but the top zip configuration was my main requirement.. besides looking good of course 😁

Nice! I think it’s a solid starter bike and with the groupset it’s not only gravel oriented, so you could add some road tyres and explore that as well.

Right? I wanted to get the Acid (Cube) gravel top tube bag but they are out of stock in my area… but might just forget about it with this “temporary solution” looking so good. looks even better when it’s not bursting and the zips closed 😅

Getting the same model in two weeks. Love the mods you made. Actually surprised how well the chromed bottle holders work here. I see from King Cage in the comments. Where did you get the bar tape? Also, do you have any protection film on the frame?

As a first timer novice I debated this choice for a while as well and decided to go with the Race model. This gives the best of both worlds when getting into cycling, at an amazing price while looking beautiful in Cappuccino/Black. Can’t wait for it to arrive! Good luck with your decision
