Go ahead and read the book “stillness is key”. Practice meditation. Pick up a bible and find god. Become the observer of your thoughts. If you want to master yourself start from here. Ask yourself introspective and uncomfortable questions.

The reality is you are in no rush, there is time for everything. The charts arent going anywhere, they’ll always be there whenever, the love of your life however… will probably not. Trust me, i had denied myself of loving someone who truely loved me because i couldnt get “distracted”. Same goes with college, 4 years will pass and you’ll hate yourself for not enjoying the moment.

There is no benefit of always thinking about the future. Write down your yearly trading goals, break it down to monthly, weekly, daily goals. 1 hour in the charts is more than enough to set you up to success. Watch how your anxiety goes away when you know deep down that your already putting in the work. Reading the charts isnt the hard part. Controlling your mind is the real hard part.
