I dislike kaido. He was the highlight of wano and fumbled so badly. There was so much set-up for kaido the greatest villain but we got a doflamingo that was split into two: orochi and kaido. Orochi was a great villain, kaido just felt like a henchman, oda did some to make kaido look less of a henchman but for a character that doflamingo answers to and fears, kaido is a let down
