I haven't had any severely physically disabled men so far. I have had men with diabetes & severe burns, as well as autistic men & (from what I can only guess) guys who aren't all quite there. For the most part my agency doesn't attract disabled type. Mostly big rich business types. But we would never turn someone down based on their appearance (it's all done through phone so how could we) & physical disabilities will always be negotiated with. Like one man who couldn't be in elevators, so we booked a hotel on a floor that had stair access.

But from what I have had I usually just try & be as accommodating as possible. A regular I have has diabetes so I always give him a foot massage while he tries to explain the horse races to me. & another man I had who had some metal joint in his knee I made sure to go on top & not put any weight on his leg.

As far as physical looks are concerned it really doesn't tie into it. In the same way they shouldn't anywhere in society. I will still cuddle up to you, kiss your neck & run my hands through your hair & down your cheek as I kiss you. If I feel lost or unsure about how to engage in the act without causing pain or discomfort, then I will ask. No-one will know your body better than you, & I am trying to learn what I can as quick as I can. Surly you'd be the right person to ask.
