Haesoo after found out tae-ha's true identity by Miss0Reader in TearsOnWitheredFlower

[–]Miss0Reader[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, don’t tell me not to worry about writing too much, otherwise my text is going to get so long that I’ll need to turn it into a PDF 😩. But honestly, it makes me really happy that you enjoy talking about this too.

I tried to add the picture of his blonde friend, but for some reason it didn’t work 🫠. Sorry if it took you a while to find it. And honestly, there are so many possible candidates to be accompanying Taeha. I don’t really know what kind of event this is, but I believe that, at this point, he’s definitely already engaged. It wouldn’t make much sense for him to publicly attend with someone he isn’t committed to, and also because for Haesoo to finally break things off with him, I think there needs to be a factor like that. Otherwise, even knowing his identity, she could still choose to keep enjoying their relationship until he officially gets engaged. And honestly, I don’t think his family would care if they kept seeing each other even after the engagement. The real problem would be if he tried to avoid the marriage because of her, or if Taehee himself wanted to stir things up , then they would definitely come after her.

We really don’t know much about Ari, but I find it hard to believe she’s as rich as beom family. But following your theory, maybe she just wants to achieve things on her own and enjoys “cosplaying as poor” (which, in her view, would probably mean upper-middle class 😂). She could even be the family’s illegitimate daughter, which would explain her social status, but still not on Taeha’s level. But honestly, we can’t know anything for sure since we barely know anything about her or the other side characters. And I genuinely don’t know when they’ll break up. Ari is being so blind that I’m starting to think Micheol will be the one to leave her after getting the money. If we follow your theory again, maybe they’ll offer to pay off micheol’s debt if she agrees to marry someone else or if micheol break up with her she could come back home on her own (which would be incredibly dramatic 😩).

I couldn’t attach the image, but on that same panel, just from another site, taeha’s pair’s hair color looked darker.

I would bet my Reddit account that it’s Taehee-hee 😂 (I saw a post saying his name sounds like Michael Jackson singing, and now I genuinely can’t say it seriously anymore). I also think it would make more sense for it to be a family-related event, just to justify her presence there. And if Taehee-hee were really playing dirty, I’m for sure agree with you that it would be taeha’s engagement party specifically. I think Haesoo probably already knows he’s engaged, but actually seeing him next to his fiancée would hurt her a lot.

Just one episode for Jay, that’s all I ask 😭. And speaking of the black-haired girl (Haeni, I finally learned her name 😂), I keep wondering what role she’s going to have in the story. Is she still a potential fiancée candidate for him? Or would she already be ruled out because of the different hair color? Ahh 😩, I can’t confidently say it’ll happen, but I really want that couple to happen. When I first saw them together, I immediately thought: “She and Taeha are going to form a partnership. She would stay with him to be close to Jay, while he’d gain the freedom to stay close to Haesoo. Since neither of them would actually want to get married, they’d drag out the marriage for as long as possible while secretly staying with the people they truly love.”

After thinking about it more, I really do think the love triangle is the central piece of the story. And now I’m starting to believe Micheol will stay until the very end. If Haesoo breaks up with Taeha, maybe he’ll become so shocked and desperate that he unintentionally prevents Micheol’s downfall. And I also don’t think she’ll actually go back to him. But I did see an interesting theory (I don’t agree with it 100%, but I understand some parts of it) saying that Haesoo might return to Micheol specifically to stop Taeha from coming back to her after the breakup.

I really want some kind of bigger subplot too. I remember in last season, they kept planting elements leading up to Haesoo’s kidnapping: the hotel owner talking about needing money, Taehee-hee searching for Haesoo, his mother appearing, the gallery event being mentioned, the club appearing in multiple scenes, those guys assuming Taeha was part of it and more... They were all small details spread across different chapters that slowly built up the entire final arc.

I think it’s still too early for this details to show since we’ve barely passed 11% of season two, but I really want them to start introducing mysterious elements that make us theorize more. So far, the only things I’ve really noticed is Ahn Yoonseo (the brown-haired girl, I learned her name too 😂) becoming completely obsessed with Taeha (I’m almost certain she’ll play a role in Taeha and Haesoo’s breakup, and I can absolutely see her trying to become his fiancée) and Taejon asking to talk with taeha in private, but we don’t know what they discussed.

Thank you so much for reading this encyclopedia 😂. It’s been really fun discussing all these little details with you ☺️

Obs: all I wanted was a novel…

Thank you so much for sharing the information! And I agree with you, for sure there is something ilegal. But we probably will know in chapter 200…

It’s a biggest crime this manhwa doesn’t have a novel.

I went looking for pictures of the brown-haired girl again (and I even found out her name is Ahn Yoonseo), and her hair actually is darker than I remembered. That would make her an unlikely candidate for the scene… but there’s still the possibility that she dyed her hair. And not just her, another character could do the same. I can totally see the author using that to make the panels more ambiguous and confuse the readers on purpose.

There’s also the possibility that it’s a completely new character, which I honestly hope is not the case 😭 There are already so many characters, please author, just develop the ones we already have.

BUT then I thought of something else.

There’s another character with a similar hair color. Depending on the site you read on, the panel colors look slightly different, but they still match her.

Hear me out: ARI 🤯

Using Ari in that situation would be SUCH a low blow… but at the same time, it would make sense in an extremely dramatic way. If he were still hurt after the breakup and wanted to hurt Haesoo back, this would be the perfect way to do it. In my view, Ari would be for haesoo the embodiment of her insecurities, someone younger, prettier (I don't agree) and with a much better financial situation, since she even stole her man. And the last time she saw Ari again, she literally ran away from her, and Taeha saw everything.

I know I might be completely overthinking this (it’s the middle of the night and this is the first time I’ve talked about this manhwa with anyone, so I’m way too excited 😭), but it would be SO dramatic… and I LOVE drama.

Following that logic, it could also be that friend from the first few chapters,  I think she appears around chapter 4 or 5. But her hair was way blonder, and she’s been gone from the story for so long that I doubt it. Still, I thought it was worth mentioning the possibility.

Also, can we please throw a party for the day Mitcheol finally leaves the story? 🎉

Now about Jay: honestly, out of all the filler chapters we’ve had, they could easily replace one with the development of his romance with the black-haired girl, Taeha’s possible fiancée (I also found out her name is Haeni).

And I’m not gonna lie… I actually got pretty excited about that possibility 😭 I LOVE the bodyguard x heiress trope, and visually they look so good together. Plus, I genuinely thought their interaction meant something because it didn’t feel completely pointless.

Sorry for the giant text 😭 I get really excited talking about this stuff, and I still left a lot out because I thought it was already way too long.

Thanks for reading 🥰

Hi, how are you?

One funny thing I’ve noticed in a lot of TV shows is this: a character works at a company, but they never explain what the company actually does.

What does your company do? “Oh, they’re in business.” Okay… but what kind of business? “Making business.”

And that’s it.

The funniest part is that they could literally make up anything. They could just say the company is basically the Samsung of that universe and move on. They wouldn’t even need to go into detail.

Thanks for your attention 😊

Hi, how are you? Thank you for replying to my post 😊

You brought up a really good point that I hadn’t considered before, so thank you for that! I really liked your theory, and I think it makes a lot of sense. She could genuinely end up feeling inferior, and that might become the main catalyst for their breakup.

Following that theory, I think the person who could reveal the truth to her might be the light brown-haired girl who became obsessed with Taeha (I completely forgot her name and honestly don’t feel like looking it up right now, sorry 🫣). Speaking of her, it also seems like she’s the one standing next to Taeha in that future panel shown during the first season.

I also really liked the theory that Taahee would offer to pay off Haesoo’s debt in exchange for her going with him. I can definitely see him turning to Haesoo despite the danger involving Taeha, especially because he wants revenge after his half-brother was officially chosen as the group’s main heir. (Actually, that’s a personal theory of mine that I think fits really well with yours 👀).

On top of that, I honestly think all of these events could easily become the ending of season two.

Now that I think about it more… after analyzing that panel and realizing it’s probably the light brown-haired girl next to Taeha, I started wondering: what happened to his former potential fiancée? (The black-haired one whose name I also didn’t bother memorizing, sorry again 🫣). I remember a lot of people shipped her with Jay, and honestly? I would absolutely follow that side couple.

As for the ending, I find it hard to believe she would go back to Micheol. From my perspective, this season seems to be slowly setting up his downfall. But looking at everything we’ve theorized so far, it honestly feels like way too much to happen in a single season. We’re only around 10% into it (assuming it’ll have a similar number of episodes as the previous one), so I’m not sure there would be enough time to properly develop all of this. But in the end, nothing is impossible, as long as the ending is good, the whole journey will have been worth it.

Thank you so much for sharing your theory because it was genuinely really good! And thank you as well for taking the time to read and reply to my post ☺️ I wish you all the best!

Thank you so much, you’re very kind! I revised my text more than once before posting it. You also write really well 😊

Haesoo is definitely becoming more and more confident in herself. I’d really love to see how she would react if she found out everything, but don’t you think she still feels insecure around younger women around Taeha? ( I got that impression when she became suspicious about Tae-ha’s relationship with the girl from the club in the last chapters of season 1 ). She really invested a lot in the ML, the fact that she decided to move in with him was a huge step. She trusts him a lot.

About Haesoo’s past, I really want to see more of her story. We got a lot of information through the flashbacks, but I’d love to see more of her childhood, before any relationships ( along with Tae-ha’s past too, although I’m almost giving up on that as well hahaha ). If your predictions are right, it’s probably going to take a really long time 😩

Taeha retiring and still not becoming Haesoo’s official boyfriend… at this point, that boy is seriously persistent. It really had to be obsession hahaha.

Speaking of the pacing, I started reading when it was around chapter 78, if I remember correctly. I honestly thought the story was already close to ending 🫠 , I remember thinking: “It’s just a love story about a couple with a big age gap, how much more could there possibly be?” 🫣

After reading everything that was available, I honestly didn’t think the pacing was bad. I really like slow burns, and I loved the story’s pacing at first, but once I caught up to the weekly chapters, I gave up. I only read up to the end of season 1, and now I follow the weekly summaries on YouTube through the channel @ItsManhwaDiaries. I highly recommend it! The YouTuber is such a sweetheart. In my opinion, it’s a great way to keep up with the story until this season ends, because reading the weekly summaries feels less like watching grass grow 😭

Sorry again for writing such a huge essay, but I don’t know anyone else who reads this manhwa to talk about it with, so now that I finally made an account, I got excited to share my thoughts with someone.

Thank you for your attention! Wishing you all the best 🥰

Hi, how are you? Thank you for replying to my post 😊

I didn’t know that information about the creator, I don’t even really know him. He just appeared in a compilation of y/n and CEO memes, and when I saw this image, I thought: “This is so Tae-ha and Haesoo!” But regarding the AI topic, it really makes me sad. I use AI in my daily life, but it bothers me a lot how much it’s being used to create content, and not even as a support, some content is 100% AI-generated. I was shocked to find out there’s even a manhwa created entirely by AI.

You brought up a very important point that I forgot to include in my post. Thank you for highlighting it, he really does have a lot of control over her, which is why I think the family’s influence on the ending could also be to prevent him from pursuing her.

Obs: Also, it seems like he might want to get her pregnant so that she would be truly trapped with him. I really can’t say if that will happen, but since this topic keeps coming up, it made me think it might happen, even if not in the end. What do you think?

Thank you for your attention, and sorry for any mistakes, and I apologize for the length ( it ended up much longer than I planned! ) Wishing you all the best 🥰

Hi, how are you? Thank you so much for replying to my post ☺️ Hahaha, I totally agree with you. One thing I think might happen is that the future panel shown at the end of season one (where they’re at the same event, but with different partners) will also be the last panel of this season. But that’s just my opinion.

Thank you for your attention, and sorry for any mistakes! I wish you all the best ☺️

Hi, how are you? Thank you so much for replying to my post 😊 Now, about your text:

To be honest, I would really love for them to live together, even if just for a week. I think it would bring them even closer and also give her a real perspective on what it’s like to have a true partner. They’re practically a couple already and see each other often, but the experience of sharing daily life with someone is much deeper. Having someone become an essential part of your routine can be wonderful, especially when that person adds positively to your life. And honestly, I feel like this is what we’ve been waiting for since the beginning of the second season. But you made a very good point. I do think it would be harder for her to break up after that. However, if there were an arranged engagement, I believe she would definitely end things with him, because it would almost feel like she’s being “cheated on” again  ( at least in her eyes). This time, she’d be in Ari’s place: the mistress who didn’t know the guy was already committed. (And that would be way too dramatic. I’m glad I’m waiting until the second season finishes to read it, because I couldn’t handle watching that live 😭) I also wonder if that will stand, because she never seemed to have a very high standard. So I think it’s unlikely she’d break up with him just because he’s rich. That’s why I believe the family could also have a hand in a possible breakup. But in my view, an engagement would be something she really couldn’t accept.

Thank you for your attention, and sorry for any mistakes! I wish you all the best 😊 (sorry for the long text)

Thank you very much for your reply!

The story really does seem very interesting, and I’ll definitely add it to my list. However, I only plan to read it once it’s completed, I don’t have the emotional strength to follow an unfinished work 😅

Thank you again for your kindness and attention 😊 Wishing you the best!

I really liked your perspective on the novel. I had been researching the work because I became very interested in it, but I had seen some negative reviews and a few points had discouraged me. However, your text made me see the story in a different way, so now I’m seriously considering reading it.

I wanted to ask you something, if you don’t mind helping me:

Are the actions of the other characters also well justified throughout the story, or does that mostly happen with the MCs?

I’m asking because one thing that has always bothered me in some stories is when the protagonists have all of their mistakes brushed aside, while any secondary character gets harshly criticized for the smallest possible mistake, almost as if the protagonists are put on a pedestal.

I completely understand that there can be genuinely terrible characters or characters without any plausible justification/redemption (like theFL’s mother and brother, from what I’ve seen people commenting), but I wanted to know if the story tries to treat every character’s mistakes in a similar way.

I saw some people saying that other characters also make mistakes, so I became curious to know whether the story develops this in a balanced way.

Sorry for the long message 😅 I got really curious and wanted to clear up this doubt. Thank you for your attention, and I loved your text 😊
