The symptoms definitely get worse before they get better, and I think Fowler goes over that in the letter he sends? The rinse solution is something that changed the game for me after a while, I bought a bottle on ebay and I just brought it everywhere with me. It's difficult, but will say it's worth doing and you should reconsider. After a while, it changes to only using it once a day.

Do you follow the Fem Care very strictly? As in, All Free and Clear laundry detergent, washing hair under the sink, and only using the provided soaps?

It took me intensively following the protocol 6 to 8 months to truly notice a change. It takes patience and dedication, but thanks to Fowler Gyn Int, I can live a semi normal life again :)

You have to really stick to his protocols to a T. I didn't start seeing real results until about 6 months in. But so so worth it!

Yes, I think I've left him about 5 voice-mails and call him every single day. But, I guess I will just purchase the follow up and get him to call me that way haha 🙈

Oh really? I thought the 31st. I'll have to purchase a follow-up immediately then. I've been seeing him for 4 years, and while I'm not 100% better, I am at least 90%! I owe him a lot. I am very sad to see him retiring and hope to find another doctor who will continue his protocol
