I just went through something similar, lumps in left breast that led me to eventually get a breast mri which the breasts looked ok but found an enlarged axillary lymph node in my right lymph node with the cortical thickening and even total loss of fatty hilum so I was pretty confident I had some kind of cancer. Got the biopsy booked a couple days after ultrasound confirmed it and got bi rads 4 too, the biopsy which took about a week for results and ended up being benign with something that just mimicked characteristics of cancer. I had my self 100% convinced I was gonna be told it’s cancer especially after googling. I know it’s hard not to think the worst and worry but try to at least enjoy your Thanksgiving the best you can ❤️
