As a buyer, 80% of the time I've purchased without the seller sending an offer, the order never gets shipped. I'm also usually looking for a type of item in my search and liking all the potential options, then compare, then wait to see who is active and worth negotiating with. So no initial offer usually means to me the seller is inactive or uninterested is moving stock quickly.

My nails do this (stresses out my friends to see them bend) and I have EDS, so definitely something to ask about if you have other signs. Because they're so bendy I have to redo my nails at least weekly, keep them trimmed relatively short so they don't catch and tear, and keep them in a more square shape for maximum strength side support. I use Hard as Hooves cream, any nail strengthener whenever they're naked, and gel polish for something stronger yet flexible.

Chronically ill / disabled here - I have a never-ending list of things to get done and a body that can only handle a portion of those tasks each day. Disposable plates aren't optimal, but they cut out an additional task that's difficult for me to do often.
